We welcome you to participate in the 4R Challenge by GotlandRing (Racing, Rally, Road Racing) on Saturday, August 22. On August 23, there will also be an endurance race through STEC (GotlandRing Open 4h race).
How the Competition Works
On Saturday, several different configurations of the GotlandRing will be raced. Examples of possible tracks:
Each driver compiles their completed times from the day’s various runs. The competition is conducted without interference from other participants. Participants drive against the clock (similar to the Top Gear lap, but over multiple rounds on different tracks).
Separate practice sessions for car and motorcycle categories. The overall performance determines who will be crowned Master of Gotland Ring. This award honors the most well-rounded driver in each class.
Sunday – GotlandRing Open (4-hour endurance race)
The weekend concludes with the GotlandRing Open, a four-hour endurance race in the STEC format.
The starting grid is based on the results from Saturday’s 4R Challenge, making the entire weekend a cohesive motorsport festival.
